Cancer Biology Postdoctoral Fellow

The Jiang Lab in the Department of Molecular Oncology is now recruiting postdoctoral fellows. Research in our lab sits at the interface of redox biology, metabolism and signaling, and focuses on understanding the role of antioxidant systems in oxidative stress response and cancer therapy resistance. We combine frontier molecular, genomic, metabolomic, and proteomic approaches to address these questions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Interested and motivated in addressing fundamental questions in cancer biology, cancer metabolism, and redox biology.
  • A background in biochemistry and molecular biology with an emphasis on signal transduction, redox biology, and metabolism is highly desirable.
  • Experience with mouse models and proteomics is highly desirable.
  • Can work well as part of a team.


  • Leading and driving research projects.
  • Communicating with PI on research progress.
  • Collaborating with our team members, including technicians, students, and other postdoc fellows.
  • Present and report research findings in conferences and journal publications.

Credentials and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in molecular biology, cancer biology, cancer metabolism or related field.
  • Strong work ethic, and motivation to lead and drive projects independently.
