An NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available in the area of graft-versus-host disease and post-transplant immune cell metabolism in a productive laboratory at the University of Pittsburgh. Motivated researchers are seeking to contribute to an active and productive team, investigating creative projects with state-of-the-art assays and adequate space and resources. Successful applicants will have an M.D. or Ph. D in Immunology/Cell Biology along with a demonstrated track record of productive research experiences. It is expected that the applicant will possess expertise in murine-based studies and can comfortably perform standard assays in the Immunology field including flow cytometry, sterile cell culture, western blotting, and propagation/characterization of genetically complex animals. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively amongst a larger group of researchers.
