Job Description
A postdoctoral research associate position is available in the Immune Imaging group at the University of Illinois at Chicago. The research group specializes in developing single-molecule and superresolution bioanalytical techniques to seek insights from signaling, trafficking, and molecular interactions in immune cells (Bioconjugate Chemistry (2023) PMID: 37145839; Nano Letters (2022) PMID: 35499493; ACS Nano (2022) PMID: 34797055; PNAS (2016) PMID: 27303041). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in single-molecule or superresolution imaging. Some background in molecular biology or biophysics is a plus. The successful candidates will lead the NIH-funded research effort in leveraging superresolution imaging techniques to enhance the fundamental understanding of cytokine release in T cells at the molecular level. Salary is commensurate with experience.
