Job Description
One postdoctoral position is available in the Biao Wang’s laboratory at Cardiovascular Research Institute (CVRI) at the University of California, San Francisco. Wang laboratory focuses on investigations on the transcriptional regulation in energy homeostasis using an integrative approach in various model system. The postdoc will independently conduct experiments to determine regulatory mechanisms of immunometabolism in adipose tissues. The postdoc should be familiar with various molecular and cellular techniques, and in vivo animal studies.Requirements: Candidates must have received a recent M.D. or Ph.D. or equivalent degree and have one or more publications in peer-reviewed journals. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with others with diverse areas of expertise within UCSF campus.
